The Computer General Store was helping small businesses embrace technology, new systems that seemed foreign and intimidating. Marty (owner) focused on introducing tomorrow's technologies with the service and ethics of his grandfather's generation. Business was growing but he found himself repeatedly explaining his name and corporate identity. His business cards featured that dear grandfather in a rocking chair. He needed clarity. He needed brand development and brand message to build his business.

The Eleazar Group became that brand extension agent. We became students of his offerings, business model, and his future growth. Through research and analysis, we identified key messages and a new mark that would herald his continued growth. We also tackled renaming the business within Marty's parameters.

Yet Marty's enterprise involved advising, procuring, and installing technologies to benefit small businesses including IP phone systems, servers, computers, and software. He provides the equipment to build a business. He needed a name, logo, tagline, and brand strategy to communicate that. Through comprehensive strategies across many media, The Eleazar Group positioned Mfrastructures as the regional leader in technology services for small businesses while maintaining his grandfather's prized focus on service. Mfrastructures is always accessible to its clients. They serve as the IT department for each client without the overhead. This differentiated Mfrastructures from its competitors.

Mfrastructures determines the best technology for its clients' operations. But that is just the beginning. Their brand promise is the service and trusting relationships with each client. While the technological expertise is unrivaled, the service is what Mfrastructures brings to the table. This personality became a feature in the content and direction of the website and other brand extensions. Customers are motivated and retained through emotional connections. Marty's one-man show has grown many-fold with an ever-widening client list. The business has continued to expand and has just opened a larger storefront.
